Translation and attestation solve different problems and a document needs both for most official processes — translation makes the content legible to a UAE authority, attestation confirms the document itself is genuine. Getting one done does not speed up or replace the other, so budget time for both rather than assuming a translated copy is most of the way there.
The AED 100–300 per page cost only applies to translators the Ministry of Justice has actually approved — a translation from any other source, however accurate, will not be accepted regardless of quality, so check a translator's approval status before paying rather than after.
