Dubai Practical is written and maintained by a small editorial team rather than by named individual experts. We are not lawyers, accountants, doctors or licensed advisers, and nothing here is professional advice. What we do is read the primary sources — ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, DHA, KHDA, RTA, DEWA, Dubai Land Department and the Federal Tax Authority — and link them, so you can check any figure against the body that issued it. Where we get something wrong, tell us using the corrections link on any page and we will fix it.
