The headline licence price is only the entry cost of the structure, not the running cost. IFZA's AED 5,750 figure and Meydan's AED 6,000 both describe a single-activity, no-desk setup with no visa attached, and each visa you add carries the AED 3,000–5,000 charge on top before you have hired anyone or opened a bank account.
Renewal pricing is where the comparison actually matters, because a first-year promotional rate is not what you pay going forward. Ask for the renewal figure in writing before signing rather than assuming it tracks the first invoice, and check separately what happens to your visa quota if you later need a desk — the cheapest package is often the one with the least room to grow into.
